COMPANY LEADERSHIP

Paul Trakofler is one of HealthAdvanta’s founding partners and serves as Chief Executive Officer.  He is responsible for overall direction, management of company growth, and delivery of customer value.

Paul is a Healthcare and Information Technology Executive with an outcome focused leadership style.   For more than 30 years, he has established a record as a business partner who collaborates with other executives to improve business processes and deliver measurable benefits using technology.  Previously, as Chief Information Officer for a healthcare revenue cycle management company, Paul helped lead the design and implementation of enterprise software solutions to automate and optimize operations.  He has also held senior positions at EDS and Aetna.  Paul holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from The University of Pittsburgh and a Master of Engineering Science degree in Software Engineering from The Pennsylvania State University.

Dennis Schock serves as HealthAdvanta’s Chief Information Officer.  He has over 25 years of experience in information technology management, of which over 20 have been in healthcare IT.  His expertise includes security, server infrastructure and storage, networking, telephony and VoIP, as well as cloud-based solutions such as PaaS, IaaS and SaaS.  He adds value through innovative problem solving and critical thinking and is committed to delivering excellence.

Stefani Hendrixon serves as HealthAdvanta’s Health Information Consultant. She is skilled in data analysis, project management, clinical documentation, and data workflows.  Prior to joining HealthAdvanta, she served as Director of Nursing for a large organization in Colorado responsible for clinical, operational and financial leadership for nursing and therapy services while maintaining 5-Star rating with CMS while overseeing over 400 employees.  Stefani is a registered nurse with over ten years of experience in critical care, rapid response, perioperative and emergency services. She has received several honors and awards which included the prestigious Nursing Excellence Award for improving employee and physician engagement, the flow of patients throughout organizations, quality and efficiency, and preparing for health inspections.

Stefani earned a Bachelor of Administration in Health Information Systems and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Davenport University in Michigan. She also holds a Master of Business Administration in Health Information from Davenport University.

Katie Robinson serves as HealthAdvanta’s Senior Data Analyst.  She collaborates with both the HIM and Ops teams to develop, validate, and implement customized database logic specific to each client’s EHR and MIPs/ACO measure set. Prior to joining HealthAdvanta, Katie worked as a mathematics teacher for five years in Northern New Jersey and then spent nine years as an analyst for a database marketing firm in Ann Arbor, Michigan.

Katie earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania as well as a Master of Education in Mathematics from Rutgers University.

Amanda Barton serves as HealthAdvanta’s Health Information Management Consultant. She is skilled in data abstraction and data analysis. With her attention to detail, she manages multiple projects effectively and efficiently.  Prior to joining HealthAdvanta, Amanda served as an HIM Specialist for Baptist Health Lexington where she not only developed and played a key role in implementing hospital wide policies but also helped developed a performance improvement plan. 

Amanda earned a Bachelor of Science focused in Health Services Administration and Informatics from Eastern Kentucky University.

Andro serves as HealthAdvanta’s Lead Systems Architect.  He is responsible for the design and implementation of HealthAdvanta’s software product suite.  Andro has built reliable, high volume transactional systems that are secure and scalable.  He is responsible for knowledge transfer to HealthAdvanta’s Systems Engineering staff to ensure uniform process and procedures are utilized across the enterprise.  Andro has over 12 years of experience in Software Development Life Cycle Methodology and has a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology from the Asian College of Technology.
