We have facilitated the design and approval of specialty-specific quality measures that are used for MIPS reporting and other value-based programs.

Whether you are developing your own value-based payment program or optimizing your participation in an existing program, success depends on the ability to accurately assess provider quality. In the specific case of MIPS, there are over 300 “out-of-the-box” MIPS quality measures available for reporting to CMS. But for many specialties, few of these measures actually relate to the provider’s care objectives or how practitioners in their specialty would define quality.

Qualified Clinical Data Registries (QCDRs) like HealthAdvanta are permitted to create new quality measures, which CMS can then accept for MIPS reporting. We can work with your organization’s leadership to define, document, and track your own unique measures so that MIPS reporting is relevant to what you do.
